Preheat oven to 325°. Spray a nonstick bundt cake pan liberally with cooking spray; set aside.
Beat together sugar, brown sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, molasses, applesauce, and vanilla.
Whisk together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, ground ginger, allspice, nutmeg, ground cloves, and salt in a separate bowl.
Mix dry ingredients to the sugar mixture and beat well.
Stir in fresh apples and walnuts. Pour into pan and bake.
