Cream the butter together with the sugar until light and fluffy.

TIP! Adding a bit of almond flour makes these cookies soft and chewy!

Chill the dough and then shape into large balls. Flatten slightly before baking.

TIP! Dip bottom of glass in sugar to prevent from sticking.
