In a large pot, cook the pasta. Right before the pasta is al dente, add in the spinach and drain together.

Meanwhile, brown the sliced sausage until cooked. Set aside.

In the same skillet, add all of the sauce ingredients and simmer.

Add the cooked pasta and spinach to the sauce with the sausage. Toss to coat and enjoy!

What Sausage Should I Use?

You can use any sausage that you'd like for this recipe! I personally enjoy using chicken spinach sausage.
