Ingredients

GF Cornbread Butter Onion Celery Sausage Apple Parsley, Thyme, Sage Eggs Broth Milk Cranberries (optional) Pecans (optional)

Prepare GF Cornbread, cube, and dry out for 2-3 days or in a 325°F oven for 30 minutes. 

STEP ONE

Add butter to skillet and saute onion and celery until soft. 

STEP TWO

Add the sausage to brown. Then add apples, parsley, and thyme, sage.

STEP THREE

Whisk together eggs, then add milk and broth. Add the dried cornbread and sausage mixture.

STEP FOUR

Transfer mixture to a baking dish. Scatter diced butter over the top. Cover with foil and let sit for 20-30 minutes before baking.

STEP FIVE

Yes. Use either store bought gluten-free bread (7-8 cups cubed) or make my favorite recipe linked below!

Can I use GF white bread instead?

Yes. Use a dairy free milk alternative instead of the whole milk. Replace the butter with ghee or use vegan butter sticks.
