Combine the water, butter, sugar and salt into a small pan and heat it until the butter melts. Remove from the heat and stir in flour until a ball is formed.

Let's Make It!

Place the dough into a bowl. Add the eggs and combine.

Heat the oil in a large skillet, place a small amount of churro dough in pastry bag with star tip or churro maker.

Fry the dough for roughly 3-4 minutes, continuously flipping them every 30 seconds to cook evenly

Remove the cooked churros and roll in cinnamon or sugar.

If filling, use a chopstick or skewer to hollow out the middle. Pipe with jelly, nutella, pudding, or cream.

Can I substitute gluten free flour?

Yes! Instead of using regular flour, swap it out for gluten-free flour. This will extending frying time by 1-2 mins.
