Ingredients

Old Fashioned Oats Peanuts Peanut Butter Honey Cocoa Powder Coconut Oil Vanilla Extract Chocolate Chips

In a large bowl, combine the oats and peanuts

Let's Make It!

In a saucepan, combine the remaining ingredients and mix over medium low heat.

Pour the chocolate mixture over the peanuts and oats and mix together. Pour onto a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.

Remove from the oven and sprinkle chocolate chips over it. Allow them to melt, then mix to combine into clusters.

Allow granola to cool & chocolate to harden before breaking apart and storing. Makes 4 cups.

what else can be added?

– If you love the taste of Almond Joy, swap out the peanuts for almonds and toss with shredded coconut before it cools completely. – Sunflower seeds or pepitas – Banana chips
