Ingredients

Monetary Jack Cheese Onion | Sour Cream Garlic Cloves Chicken Breast Chicken Broth Green Chiles Cumin | Oregano Coriander | Cayenne Northern Beans | Hummus

Turn the Instant Pot to the saute function and cook the onion and garlic until fragrant.

Let's Make It!

Add the chicken and the seasonings, then seal and cook.

Remove the chicken and shred it and set aside.

Stir in the beans, sour cream, hummus, and cheese. Serve with your preferred toppings and enjoy!

Can I use dry beans?

Before cooking chili add dried white beans & water to pressure cooker. Cover, seal lid, & cook for 25 minutes HIGH pressure. Add beans to recipe after the chicken has cooked.
