Ingredients

Rotini Pasta | Broccoli Chicken Breasts Garlic | Butter Gluten-Free Flour Onion Powder Dry Mustard Nutmeg | Milk Chicken Broth Sharp Cheddar Cheese

Cook the pasta until cooked to al dente. Add in the broccoli and cook together for another 2 minutes, then strain and set aside.

Let's Make It!

In a large skillet, season and cook the chicken until it is no longer pink. Add the garlic and cook another 30 seconds.

Reduce the heat, then add the butter and the remaining seasonings and flour to the skillet. Stir to coat, then add in the broth.

Pour in the milk and increase the heat to a simmer. Gradually add in the cheese, then add the chicken and broccoli.

Transfer everything to a prepped baking dish and top with the remaining cheese. Cover with foil, then bake for 20 minutes and enjoy!

Can I Use Gluten Free Pasta?

Yes, but the most important tip is adjusting the boiling time. Gluten-free pasta has a tendency to become mushy, or break apart. Therefore, when boiling cook for 4 minutes less than al dente. It will finish cooking when the broccoli is added and in the oven.
