Flour | Baking Powder Baking soda | Spices Oil | Brown Sugar Sugar | Eggs | Vanilla Carrots | Crushed Pineapple Cream Cheese  Heavy Cream Powdered Sugar

Whisk together the dry ingredients. In a separate bowl beat together the eggs, sugars, oil, and vanilla.

Stir in the carrots, crushed pineapple, and optional nuts or raisins. Bake for 30 minutes.

Beat together the fluffy cream cheese frosting until light and airy. Spread between layers, over the top, and sides.

Can I make this with gluten-free flour?

Yes! This carrot cake recipe works with regular or gluten-free all purpose flour!
