Ingredients

Butternut Squash Butter | Apple Onion | Sage Curry Powder | Cinnamon Ginger | Garlic Powder Cayenne Pepper Apple Cider | Brown Sugar Coconut Milk

Cut your butternut squash in half and brush on the melted butter. Then season it and bake until softened.

Let's Make It!

In a large skillet, add in the apples, butter and onions and cook until softened. Then add in the seasonings.

Add the squash, apple mixture, brown sugar, and wet ingredients to a blender and blend together.

Empty the blender in a large saucepan and add the coconut milk. Cook and add broth until desired consistency is achieved.

Is This Recipe Vegetarian/Vegan?

Yes! For a vegetarian recipe simply use vegetable broth. To make a vegan soup, use veggie broth, and replace the butter with olive oil or coconut oil in the recipe. All the remaining ingredients are both vegetarian and vegan.
