Butter | Onion Garlic | Broccoli Vegetable Broth Cornstarch Sharp Cheddar Half & Half

Set the Instant Pot to saute mode and melt the butter. Then add in and cook the onion and garlic.

Let's Make It!

Add in the broccoli, broth, and seasonings. Then seal the Instant Pot and cook for a couple minutes, then quickly release the pressure.

Whisk together the cornstarch and water in a separate bowl, then add it to the instant pot. Then add in handfuls of cheddar cheese.

Once the cheese is has melted, stir in the half & half. Then serve with some additional cheese on top!

Can I Substitute The Milk?

Yes! Regular milk or non-dairy milk, such as almond milk may also be substituted. It would reduce the calories in the soup and make it even healthier. However, the soup will be thinner and not as rich tasting.
