Ingredients

Oil | Round Steak Butter | Onion White Mushrooms | Beef Broth Paprika | Parsley Onion Powder | Sour Cream Flour or GF Flour

Season the beef. Set the Instant Pot to SAUTE and sear the meat

Let's Make It!

Add in the butter, onions, and mushrooms. Cook until tender.

Add in the beef broth and seasonings. Secure on the lid and cook high for 20 minutes.

Whisk together some of the hot broth, sour cream, and flour until smooth. Add to the pressure cooker and stir to thicken.

Can I substitute The Sour Cream?

Yes! Using yogurt or softened cream cheese instead of the sour cream would work
