Zucchinis | Eggs Almond Flour Parmesan Cheese Italian Seasoning Garlic Powder Onion Powder

Cut the zucchini into long sticks and spread out onto a paper towel to absorb excess moisture.

Let's Make It!

In a shallow bowl, combine all of the breading ingredients. In another bowl, whisk the egg until frothy.

Dip each zucchini stick into the eggs, then fully coat with the breading. Spread out on a prepped baking dish.

Combine the sun dried aioli ingredients in a small food processor and pulse until well combined.

Bake the fries at 425°F for 15 minutes. Then flip them and bake again for another 10-15 minutes. Serve with the aioli and enjoy!
