Ricotta Pasta with Tomatoes

Ingredients

Penne Pasta Ricotta Marinara Sauce Parmesan Cheese Balsamic Vinegar Mozzarella Grape Tomatoes Basil

Cook your pasta in salted water for a few minutes less than al dente

Let's Make It!

Combine all of the remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Add pasta and mix together.

Pour the mixture into a casserole dish and then top with mozzarella cheese and tomatoes.

Bake until bubbly. Enjoy!

Not feeling vegetarian?

Add cooked chicken, ground beef, or sausage when you mix in the penne.
