Butter Garlic Carrots Celery Potatoes Broth Worcestershire Half & Half Cornstarch Cheese Cream Cheese

Melt the butter and saute the garlic, carrots, celery, and potatoes.

Add the broth and seasonings. Cook on high pressure for 8 minutes.

Add the half and half mixed with cornstarch, then stir in cream cheese.

Finally stir in the grated cheese until smooth and creamy.

Serve with sour cream, additional cheese, chives and cooked bacon.

Can I Make This in a slow cooker?

Yes! Combine all the ingredients except half & half, cornstarch, cream cheese, and cheese. Cook on LOW for 7 hours, then stir in remaining ingredients.
