Ingredients

Chicken Breasts Tortilla Chips Eggs Flour or GF Flour Cream Cheese Hot Sauce Celery Colby Jack Cheese

In 3 separate bowls, have the flour mix, beaten eggs, and crushed chips.

Let's Make It!

Dredge both sides of the chicken in the flour. Then dip in the egg wash and coat with the crushed tortilla chips. Place in the oven and bake.

While chicken is baking mix together cream cheese, hot sauce, blue cheese, and celery.

Spread the cheese mixture on top of the chicken and broil until melted.

Can I Prep This Ahead?

Dredge and coat the chicken earlier in the day and place the baking sheet in the refrigerator loosely covered with plastic wrap. It will hold for a few hours, refrigerated, until you are ready to take out and bake.
