Lay bacon strips on a baking sheet and bake until crispy.

Let's Make It!

Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl. Create a well in the middle and add in the melted butter, eggs, and milk.

Stir in the chopped, cooked bacon. Pour the mixture in an iron skillet

Sprinkle remaining bacon on top and bake the batter for 20-25 minutes

For an extra kick to your muffins, you can add in jalapeños! You could also choose to mix in some cheddar cheese or extra maple syrup to make it sweeter.
