Flour Quick Cooking Oats Brown Sugar Baking Powder Baking Soda Cinnamon Applesauce Ripe Banana Egg | Milk Vanilla

Combine the dry ingredients in a large bowl - flour, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, and baking soda

Let's Make It!

Combine the wet ingredients - applesauce, milk, and egg. Mix with the dry.

Evenly distribute the muffin batter in the tins. I like to use an ice cream scoop to do this quickly and evenly.

Bake the muffins until a toothpick comes out clean. Once baked, allow to cool on a wire rack

Can I Make Mini Muffins?

Yes! To create mini muffins from this recipe, reduce the baking temperature to 375 and bake for 10 minutes. This should yield about 3 dozen mini muffins.
