In a large bowl whisk together eggs, sugar and vegetable oil. Then stir in the flour, baking powder, and cinnamon until thick

Add the apples, butterscotch chips, and nuts to the large bowl. Set aside 2 cups of dough.

Press the dough mixture evenly in a baking pan .In a small bowl, beat together the cheesecake filling. Spread over and then sprinkle on reserved dough.

Bake the bars until golden brown. Allow the bars to cool for 15 minutes before drizzling caramel on top. Serve and enjoy!
