Easy Caramel Apple Cheesecake Bars have a cream cheese filling, surrounded by soft blondie bars, and drizzled with caramel topping. No one will be able to resist this easy apple dessert!

Sugar | Eggs Vegetable Oil Flour | Cinnamon Baking Powder Apples | Nuts Butterscotch Chips Cream Cheese | Vanilla

In a large bowl, mix together the sugar, eggs and vegetable oil. Then mix in the flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.

Let's Make It!

Mix in the butterscotch chips, apples and nuts.

Spread half of the dough mixture along the bottom of a prepped baking pan. Mix together the cheesecake filling and spread on top.

Dollop the remaining dough over the cheesecake filling. Bake for 50 minutes.

If desired, serve with ice cream and caramel topping!

Can I Make These Gluten-Free?

Yes! To make gluten free apple bars simply swap out the flour with a gluten free all-purpose brand. Since gluten free flour doesn’t absorb moisture as readily, I find they usually need 5 minutes longer baking time.
