Almond flour pancakes with banana is ready within just 15 minutes in the blender! These are the fluffiest and easiest grain-free, gluten-free pancakes!

Ingredients

Almond Flour Baking Powder Cinnamon | Vanilla Extract Eggs | Banana Pure Maple Syrup Almond Butter Milk

Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl and blend everything together with an immersion blender.

Let's Make It!

Heat a griddle over low to medium low heat. Grease griddle and pour about 2 tablespoons batter for each pancake.

Repeat with the remaining batter until all the pancakes are cooked. Serve with fresh fruit, maple syrup, or blueberry syrup.

Can I Make These low carb?

Yes! Replace maple syrup with 1-2 tablespoons erythritol or coconut sugar. Omit the banana and replace it with 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce or just leave it out. This brings total carbs to 4 grams per 4 inch pancake.
