Butter | Baking Soda Light Brown Sugar Sugar | Eggs Vanilla Extract Quick Cooking Oats Almond Flour Raisins or Chocolate Chips Cinnamon Nutmeg

In a large bowl, beat together the butter and sugars. Then mix in the eggs and vanilla extract.

Let's Make It!

On a low speed, mix in the dry ingredients until well combined. Stir in the chocolate chips or raisins.

Evenly scoop out the dough on a baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes and enjoy!

Do I Have To Chill The Dough?

You don't need to chill the dough, but it can be helpful if you have time. Chilling the dough does make a slight difference in how much they spread and hold together. Generally chilling cookie dough also gives a chewier texture.
