When making muffins with almond flour, it can be difficult to achieve a light, fluffy tender texture…until now!

Ingredients

Blanched Almond Flour Tapioca Starch Baking Powder | Salt Blueberries Lemon Zest | Eggs Oil | Honey | Lemon Extract

Combine wet and dry muffin ingredients and scoop into muffin cups. Sprinkle tops with Turbinado sugar.

Let's Make It!

Bake for 20 minutes let cook in pan for 5. Move to wire rack to cool completely.

 Why Add Tapioca Starch?

Almond flour contains a lot of moisture, so the tapioca starch helps absorb the oils and make the muffins fluffier.
