Butter Peanut Butter Sugar | Egg Brown Sugar Vanilla Extract Almond Flour Baking Soda Baking Powder

In a large bowl, beat together the peanut butter, butter and sugars. Add the egg and then dry ingredients.

Let's Make It!

Use a cookie scoop to evenly portion out the dough on a prepped baking sheet.

Dip a fork in sugar and slightly flatten each dough ball before baking for 10 minutes. Bake and enjoy!

What If I Don't Have a Cookie Scoop?

If you don’t have a cookie scoop, I recommend refrigerating the dough for 1 hour or freezing it for 30 minutes to chill the dough before rolling into balls.
