Ingredients

Butter Granulated Sugar Eggs Almond Extract Vanilla Extract Blanched Almond Flour Cornstarch Baking Powder

In a medium bowl, beat together the butter and sugar. Add in the almond flour, cornstarch and baking powder.

Let's Make It!

Take out the dough and shape into a long log. Bake until golden brown.

Allow the loaf to cool, then gently cut equal pieces with a serrated knife.

Evenly space out the slices on a baking sheet and bake again until crispy.

Drizzle with melted chocolate and top with chopped nuts, then serve and enjoy!

Replace the butter with non-dairy butter sticks, such as Earth Balance. The remaining ingredients are dairy-free!
