Ingredients

Bananas Large Eggs Brown Sugar Vanilla Extract Blanched Almond Flour Ground Cinnamon Baking Powder Baking Soda

In a large bowl, add in and mash the bananas. Then add in the eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla extract and mix together.

Let's Make It!

Add in the remaining ingredients, plus any other personal additions you would like to add and mix everything together.

Pour the batter into a prepped bread pan, then bake in the oven for 55-60 minutes.

Once the bread is baked, allow to cool for 5 minutes in the pan before serving. Then enjoy!

How Big Should My Bananas Be?

Through testing the recipe, I found varying sized bananas drastically yields different amounts. One cup mashed bananas equals about 2 medium, but it’s always best to measure before adding.
