Ingredients

Milk Active Dry Yeast Baking Powder GF Flour Olive Oil Salt Granulated Sugar Baking Powder Rosemary

Microwave the milk until lukewarm. Then sprinkle in the yeast and mix with a fork, allowing to sit for about 5 minutes.

Let's Make It!

In a large standing mixer, mix together all of the dry ingredients. Then add in the milk/yeast mixture and olive oil and combine.

Pour the batter into a prepped cast iron pan and spread evenly. Top with olive oil, salt and rosemary.

Bake for 30 mins or the top is golden brown. Top with parmesan cheese and serve!

best type of pan  to use?

Ideally use a 10″ cast iron skillet because it’s deep and creates a nice, crusty golden bottom. If you don’t have one on hand, a 9″ cake pan works also.
