Butter | Onion  Salt | Garlic Cloves Evaporated Milk Pepper Jack Cheese American Cheese Cream Cheese Ground Cumin  Smoked Paprika

Melt butter. Cooke onion, galic and spices.

Add the milk and cream cheese to the pot. Whisk until the cream cheese has melted into the mixture

Start adding the cheese in medium handfuls, whisking after each one.

Continue to add handfuls of cheese until sauce is smooth. Enjoy!
