Ingredients

Quick Oats Light Brown Sugar Butter Sugar | Egg Vanilla Extract Baking Soda Chocolate Chips

Blend the quick oats in a blender until fine and powdery, then set aside.

Let's Make It!

In a large mixing bowl, combine the butter and sugars until fluffy. Then mix in the egg and vanilla.

Add in the dry ingredients and mix well. Stir in the chocolate chips.

Use a cookie scoop to evenly scoop out the dough and spread out on a prepped baking sheet. Then bake until golden brown.

storing and freezing

For storing longer than two days I recommend freezing cooled cookies up to 3 months.
