Whether you are looking for another way to enjoy gluten-free biscuits, or just love the slightly sweet, nutty, wholesome taste of 100% oats, these fluffy, homemade oatmeal flour biscuits have a little something for everyone!

Ingredients

Oatmeal (or Oat Flour) Psyllium Husk Powder Baking Powder Cold Butter Eggs Plain Yogurt Honey Oil

In a large bowl, mix together all of the dry ingredients. Then use a pastry blender to work in the chilled butter.

Let's Make It!

In a separate bowl, mix together all of the wet ingredients. Then combine with the flour mixture, cover with plastic and refrigerate for 30 mins.

Use a measuring cup to evenly scoop out the dough and distribute it around a prepped baking sheet.

Bake the dough until the tops are slightly cracked and the bottoms are lightly browned.

freezing and heating tips

Wrap each one individually and place in a gallon freezer bag. Freeze up to 3 months. Thaw at room temperature or defrost in the microwave. They are best served warm.
