Almond Flour Tortillas

Almond flour tortillas  soft, flexible texture makes them ideal for taco shells and wraps, while their great taste makes it hard to believe they are gluten-free!

Ingredients

Almond Flour Psyllium Husk Powder Baking Powder Eggs Salt

Mix together all of the dry ingredients in a bowl. Then mix in the eggs and water

Let's Make It!

Divide the dough into  6 equal side balls

Flatten out each of the rolls into 6-inch circles between 2 pieces of parchment paper.

Peel off one side of parchment, flip onto a hot skillet. Peel off second piece of paper and cook 30 seconds per side.

How to store and reheat

Stack between pieces of parchment. Transfer to an airtight container. Place in the fridge up 3-4 days. To reheat refrigerated tortillas microwave for 10 sec.
