Gluten-Free Meatballs

Ingredients

Olive Oil Ground Chuck Grated Parmesan Cheese Dried Parsley Garlic Powder Meatless Marinara

Combine all of the meatball ingredients in a large bowl and mix together

Let's Make It!

Roll the mixture out into balls and place them on a baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes, but not fully cooked.

Warm up the marinara in a saucepan, and place the meatballs in it. Bring to a simmer and cook for 2-3 hours, or until meatballs are ultra tender.

Freezing Tips

Make sure sauce and meatballs have cooled. Use a slotted spoon to remove meatballs, transferring them to a gallon ziplock freezer bag in a single layer. Freeze the sauce separately. Freeze up to 3 months.
