Ingredients

Butter Shallots Arborio Rice White Wine Broth Parmesan Cheese

Add butter to the heated pan and sauté the shallots until tender.

Let's Make It!

Reduce the heat and add in the risotto and white wine. Cook and stir for 1 minute.

Add in the broth and seasonings and bring to a boil. Once boiling, remove from heat and cover. Bake for 30 minutes, without stirring.

Remove from the oven and stir in more butter and the parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.

Reheating Tips

When ready to reheat, it’s best to have some additional broth on hand. Using low-sodium broth will ensure the dish doesn’t become overly salted. Water may also be used.
