Ingredients

Blanched Almond Flour Dark Chocolate Chips Sugar | Dutch Cocoa Powder Ground Cinnamon Ground Cloves Ground Cardamom Egg Whites | Almond Extract Vanilla Extract 

Place ingredients in processor and blend. You'll still feel little pebbles of chocolate.

Let's Make It!

Shape into a thick disc and chill for 60 minutes.

Roll out dough and use cookie cutters to cut into shapes.

Bake at 325°F for 15 minutes. Dust with confectioners' sugar just before serving!

Storing and Freezing

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge up to 5 days. The soup is also freezer-friendly. Cool completely and freeze up to 4 months. The potatoes may break down upon thawing, but will still taste delish!
