Ingredients

Russet Potatoes Cream Cheese Butter Sour Cream Onion Salt

Peel and cut the potatoes and put them in a large saucepan with water. Cover and boil until fork tender.

Let's Make It!

Drain the potatoes. Mash through a ricer with butter and cream cheese.

Stir in the sour cream and seasonings. Cool to room temperature and freeze.

Freezer Tips

Before freezing it’s important the potatoes cool completely. Store leftovers refrigerated up to 3 days. For individual frozen servings, scoop serving-size portions onto a baking sheet lined with parchment. Freeze until solid and then transfer to an airtight container or gallon freezer bag. Freeze up to 3 months.
