Ingredients

Russet Potatoes Heavy Cream Egg Garlic Salt Dried Thyme Nutmeg Swiss Cheese Parmesan Butter

Wash, peel and cut the potatoes into small slices. Place in a greased baking dish.

Let's Make It!

Whisk together the cream with seasonings. Grate the swiss and parmesan cheeses.

Pour the cream mixture over the potatoes. Top with cheeses.

Cover with foil and bake. Halfway through, remove the foil and bake until golden brown.

Alternative &  modifications

Gluten-free scalloped potatoes and ham – Instead of cheese between the layers, add chopped ham. Sprinkle with cheese on top and bake. Or stir in cooked bacon into the cream sauce or sprinkle on the layers.
