Ingredients

Flour | Baking Powder Garlic Powder | Dry Mustard | Sharp Cheddar Parmesan Cheese Buttermilk Butter | Egg

Whisk together the dry ingredients, then stir in the cheeses.

Let's Make It!

Whisk together the buttermilk, egg, and melted butter.

Stir to combine until no flour pockets remain.

Spread dough in a greased loaf pan and sprinkle with parmesan on top. Bake for 45 minutes.

Serve warm with butter or jam. Alternatively, dunk into a warm bowl of soup!

Cook's Tips!

Quick Cheese Bread calls for extra sharp cheddar, which helps that cheddar flavor shine through. Medium cheddar will yield a much more subtle flavor. Other cheeses, such as pepper jack, mozzarella, or swiss may be substituted also.
