Gluten-Free Pretzel

This homemade pretzel recipe is made with all-purpose gluten-free flour, has easy step-by-step photos, and are so spot-on with taste and texture no one will know they’re actually a gluten-free snack!

Ingredients

Dry Active Yeast Sugar | Salt | Egg GF All Purpose Flour Potato Starch Light Brown Sugar Psyllium Husk Powder Baking Powder

Combine wet ingredients and let sit. Combine dry ingredients and add the water / yeast mixture, egg, and butter until dogh comes together.

Let's Make It!

Shape the dough into pretzel shape.

Boil pretzel, brush with egg wash and sprinkle with salt.

Bake until golden brown and serve with creamy honey mustard.

can these be frozen and reheated?

Only sprinkle  salt on pretzels being eaten immediately. Thaw first on the counter. Use wet fingers to brush the tops with water and sprinkle on salt. Bake in a 400ºF for 3-4 minutes.
