Ingredients

Pork Sausage | Carrots Green Onion Garlic | Ginger Coleslaw Mix Soy Sauce Sesame Oil

In a large deep skillet, cook sausage over medium high heat.

Let's Make It!

Add the carrots, green onions, garlic, and ginger. Cook and stir for 1-2 minutes.

Add half the coleslaw mix. Gently mix in the soy sauce and sesame oil.

Serve immediately over rice and garnish with optional chopped peanuts.
