Ingredients

Bacon Mild Italian Sausage Onion | Garlic Chicken Broth Crushed Red Pepper Yukon Gold Potatoes Kale Leaves Evaporated Milk

Turn your instant pot to saute and add in the chopped bacon. Cook until crispy, then remove and place on a paper towel lined plate.

Let's Make It!

Add in the sausage, garlic and onions and cook together. Make sure to break up the sausage as it cooks until no longer pink.

Add in the chicken broth, diced potatoes and seasonings and stir together. Then seal the pot and cook on High for 5 minutes.

Perform a quick release when done cooking. Then stir in the kale and evaporated milk before serving!

Can I Make This In A Slow Cooker?

Yes! Saute the bacon, sausage, onions, and garlic according to the recipe directions. Transfer the ingredients, with drippings, to the crock pot. Add the broth, seasonings, and potatoes. Cover and cook on LOW for 5-6 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours.
