Rhubarb Strawberries Granulated Sugar Cornstarch Vanilla Extract Rolled Oats GF Flour Brown Sugar Unsalted Butter

In a large bowl, gently toss together all of the rhubarb filling ingredients. Then set aside.

In a food processor, blend together all of the crisp topping ingredients.

Add the fruit mixture to a baking dish, then top it with the crumble topping. Bake until the top is golden brown.

How To Make This Dairy-Free?

Substitute the butter with a vegan, plant based butter stick. Also be sure your gluten-free flour does not contain milk powder. Alternative flour, such as oat flour or almond flour can be used instead.
