Crunchy gluten-free biscotti with almonds, orange zest, and chocolate takes that morning cup of coffee to the next level!

Ingredients Needed:

Butter Sugar Eggs Vanilla + Almond Extract Orange Zest Baking Powder + Soda Gluten-Free Flour Almonds

Cream together the butter and sugar. Mix in the eggs, orange zest, and extracts.

Add the gluten-free flour, baking soda, and baking powder. Once combined, add the almonds.

Shape the biscotti dough into two logs. Bake for 25 minutes.

Bake

Cut the biscotti into diagonal slices. Place back on the baking sheet and bake again 8 minutes per side.
