whole milk preferred
finely grated parmesan cheese
zest of 1 orange
Preheat oven to 400°F and butter a
small ovenproof baking dish
. Set aside.
In a bowl beat together ricotta cheese, parmesan, egg, honey, orange zest, salt and pepper.
Spoon into prepared baking dish. Bake for 25 - 30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly. Serve warm with suggested accompaniments below.
