Adding More Peach Flavor:
If your peaches are underripe, or lack in optimal flavor, you have options to still extract a fruity flavor. One way is to make peach infused bourbon, but you will have to plan ahead 4 weeks ahead of time.
For a quicker method, lay peach slices on a baking sheet and roast or broil until the peaches soften and start to char slightly. Alternatively, try grilling the peaches instead, which adds a nice smokiness to the drink!
