In a bowl beat together ricotta cheese, parmesan, egg, honey, orange zest, salt and pepper.
Spoon into prepared baking dish. Bake for 25 - 30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly. Serve warm with suggested accompaniments below.

Mix fresh or dried thyme into the whipped ricotta.
