Ingredients

  • 2 ounces Aperol
  • 3 ounces Prosecco
  • 1 ounce soda water
  • 1 orange slice

Instructions

  1. In a wine or cocktail glass pour the Aperol, Prosecco, and soda water. Fill glass with ice and squeeze in a orange slice. Cheers!

In northern Italy, an Aperol Spritz is served with an olive too. Delicious!
