Baked Brie Cranberry has an easy, tangy roasted cranberry orange sauce over warmed baked brie. This naturally gluten free appetizer comes together in minutes and has four simple ingredients.
Preheat oven to 400ºF. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
In a medium bowl add brown sugar and cranberries. Zest the orange and add to cranberries. Then add the juice of the zested orange. Stir to combine. Place cranberry mixture on prepared baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
At this point, you can place the cooled roasted cranberry sauce in an airtight container to store in refrigerator for up to a week.
When ready to serve, REDUCE OVEN HEAT to 350ºF. Place brie in small oven proof dish and pour roasted cranberries over top. Bake for 7-10 minutes, or until brie is warmed and softened. Alternatively, you can also serve this without baking the brie. Just pour the roasted cranberry sauce on top and you're done. Serve either version with baguette slices, crackers, or sliced apples.

Tips:
If the brie melts from overcooking, all hope is not loss! Simply let the brie cool slightly and scoop cheese back into shape. Spread roasted cranberry sauce over the top, and voila! Disaster averted.
If there is leftover roasted cranberry sauce, save in the refrigerator. It can be spooned on yogurt, mixed in oatmeal, or spread on turkey sandwiches.
