Ingredients

Elbow Macaroni Unsalted Butter Flour Milk Velveeta Cheddar Cheese

Cook the macaroni until just shy of al dente. Then drain and set aside.

Let's Make It!

Melt the butter in a large saucepan. Then whisk in the flour, salt and pepper.

Add the milk to the flour mixture and boil until thickened. Then add in chopped velveeta cheese and stir until smooth.

Stir in the noodles, then transfer everything to a casserole dish. Top with some shredded cheese, then bake until the top cheese is bubbly.

Can I Make This Gluten Free?

Yes! Simply use gluten-free flour and pasta. Also, When boiling the gluten free macaroni, cook it for half the time called for al dente pasta. Gluten free pasta has a tendency to overcook and become mushy.
