Oat Flour Ripe Bananas Brown Sugar Milk | Eggs Canola Oil Baking Powder Baking Soda Vanilla Extract Rolled Oats

Combine the oat flour and the remaining ingredients, except oats, in a blender. Process to combine.

Add the rolled oats and pulse a few times to blend the oats in with the batter

Pour the batter in a greased bread pan. If desired, lay sliced bananas on top, and bake for 1 hour.

Yes! To make your own oat flour for this recipe, simply put your oats into a blender and blend until powdery. Make sure there aren't large flecks of oats left.
