Ingredients

Zucchini | Butter Brown Sugar | Sugar Eggs | Maple Syrup | Oats Vanilla Extract | Flour Cinnamon | Baking Soda Chocolate Chips

In a large bowl cream together the butter and sugars. Mix in egg, vanilla, and maple syrup.

Let's Make It!

Mix in the oats, gluten free flour, shredded zucchini, and chocolate chips to combine.

Use a cookie scoop or spoon to scoop onto baking trays. Bake for 15 minutes.

Once baked, allow cookies to cool on a wire rack, then serve and enjoy!
